About modification of the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of cash work by banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 25, 2018 No. 103 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Item 29:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"29. Bank [bank branch which has the separate single identifier of National Bank (further - the ID code of the NBU)] in case of accession to EGBO gives to National Bank card with specimen signatures and sample of impress of a seal (the impress of a seal is not obligatory) banks/branches/departments (number of copies makes a reservation the parties) in the form established by the regulatory legal act of National Bank concerning interbank calculations. The card contains specimen signatures of persons (at least two) which are granted right to sign of documents for obtaining and transportation of values (the power of attorney on transportation values/warrant for receipt of cash and other values), and also sample of impress of a seal of bank who intends to receive services according to EGBO in National Bank (the impress of a seal is not obligatory). The bank in case of change of specified persons or seal of bank gives the new drawn-up cards with specimen signatures and sample of impress of a seal (the impress of a seal is not obligatory).";
