Article 1. Add the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 with Article 193-1 of the following content:
"Article 193-1. Illegal organization of activities of public association, religious organization or fund or participation in their activities
The organization of activities or participation in activities of political party, other public association, the religious organization or fund concerning which there is decision of authorized state body on their liquidation or suspension of their activities which took legal effect, and equally in the organization of activities or participation in activities of political party, other public association, the religious organization or fund, not undergone in accordance with the established procedure state registration, in the absence of essential elements of offense, stipulated in Article 423-1 of this Code,
are punished by penalty, either arrest, or imprisonment for a period of up to two years.
Notes:
1. Participation in activities of political party, other public association, the religious organization or fund in this Article is understood as the actions directed to goal achievement specified to batch, the consolidation, the organization or fund including determined in their statutory and other documents.
2. Operation of this article does not extend to the organization of activities or participation in activities of political party, other public association, the religious organization or fund concerning which there is decision of authorized state body on suspension of their activities which took legal force which is directed to elimination of the violations which formed the basis for suspension of operations and also to the organization of activities or participation in activities of political party, other public association, the religious organization or fund connected with their state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
