1. In heading and Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 22, 2013 No. 63 "About approval of the Regulations on advertizing of securities and the stock market", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2013 for No. 247/22779, "securities and the stock market" to exclude.

2. Make Changes to the Regulations on advertizing of securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 22, 2013 No. 63, registered on February 12, 2013 for No. 247/22779, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Baramiya I.
