About introduction of amendments to articles 50 and 51 of the Federal law "About the Public Civil Service of the Russian Federation"

Article 51 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 51. Salary fund of civil servants and employees of state body
1. The salary fund of civil servants and the salary fund of the workers replacing the positions which are not positions of civil service constitute the salary fund of civil servants and employees of state body.
2. When forming the salary funds of civil servants of state bodies means for implementation of the payments established by parts 2 and 5 of article 50 of this Federal Law are provided.
