t) technique and procedure of payments of the maximum extent of risk on one borrower or group of the connected borrowers on the offer of board of ВЭБ.РФ in the presence of the conclusion of interdepartmental working group under the Bank of Russia;

x) technique of assessment of reserves under the expected credit losses;";
