In Rules of provision of the subsidies from the federal budget to the organizations of cinematography rendering services (performing the works) connected with implementation of production by foreign producers of audiovisual products in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 7, 2019 No. 1420 "About the state support of the organizations of cinematography rendering services (performing the works) connected with implementation of production by foreign producers of audiovisual products in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 46, Art. 6490; 2021, No. 15, Art. 2559):
