Based on article 26 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2001 "About authority delegation to the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 329

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for financial accounting of transactions with the long-term financial investments of banks of the Republic of Belarus in authorized funds of legal entities.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2003 No. 98 "About approval of the Instruction for financial accounting of the long-term financial investments in banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 46, 8/9397).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
