About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the consular fee of Ukraine

According to article 57 of the Consular charter of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 2, 1994 No. 127, I ORDER:

1. Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the consular fee of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of April 23, 2018 No. 182, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 18, 2018 for No. 610/32062, having stated the paragraph third in the following edition:

"Terms of making of consular actions in DKS and Representations in regular and urgent procedure are determined the MFA if other is not stipulated by the legislation.".

2. To provide to department of consular service submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the state secretary.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
