About modification of the Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on storage in authorized banks and carrying out transactions with them

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage by banks of Ukraine of inventories of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine and carrying out transactions with them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on the storage in authorized banks and carrying out transactions with them approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 17, 2021 No. 95, the following changes:

1) in appendix 2:

in the subitem 13 of Item 17 of the Section III "Item 3" to replace the word and figure with the word and figure "item 4";

in the Section XIII:

sign and words "No. ___ for compensation of shortages, not payment and/or counterfeit banknotes;" to exclude;

sign and words "No. ___ for transfer of excesses of cash;" to replace with sign and words "No. ___ for payment for further violation of storage conditions of inventories of cash of National Bank (penalty);";

2) in appendices 7 and 8:

"podkrepit/vyvezti-1 cash in (from)" to exclude words and figure;

words "cash inventories stored for total amount" shall be replaced with words also in figure "vydat/prinyat-1 cash in (c) cash inventories stored for total amount".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
