About entering of amendments into the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) to add with part 2.3 following of content:

"2.3. The size of the basic salary of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service for 2022 cannot be lower than 70 percent of the nominal size of the minimum monthly salary established by the law.".

Article 2. To add part 4 of article 21 of the Law after words of "participation in fighting" with the words "or attraction to the training camps or military trainings or military exercises performed within reserve readiness".

Article 3. Part 6 of article 22 of the Law after words "participations in fighting," to add with words "attraction to the training camps or military trainings or military exercises performed within reserve readiness,".

Article 4. Final part and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication, except for article 1 of this Law.

2. Article 1 of this Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022 and is effective till December 31, 2022.
