Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 7, Article 812; 2016, No. 11, Article 1755, No. 12, Article 1996; 2017, No. 3, Article 334, No. 5, Articles 675, 748, No. 6, Article 1029, No. 7, article 1307, No. 12 (I book), Article 2230; 2019, No. 1, Article 29, No. 3, Article 390, No. 4, Article 578, No. 8, Article 1384, No. 12, Article 1881; 2020, No. 6, Article 670, No. 7, Article 843) to make the following changes:

1.1. the first offer of Article 32.1 to state in the following edition:

"The organizer of lottery (except for the organizer of the stimulating lottery) established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries" and the operator of sports totalizator established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About physical culture and sport act as the customer of advertizing of lotteries (except for the stimulating lotteries) and sports totalizators.";

1.2. state Article 32.7 in the following edition:

"32.7. Advertizing of gamblings, the organizer (operator) or the seller of such games, and also sports totalizators and lotteries which carrying out is suspended, cancelled is not allowed or it is forbidden according to the procedure, established by the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About physical culture and sport" and "About lotteries.".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
