1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for preservation by citizens of the apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas, implementation of improvement of the parcels of land on which preservation of such houses, dachas is carried out.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for preservation by citizens of the apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas, implementation of improvement of the parcels of land on which preservation of such houses, dachas is carried out

1. This Provision determines procedure by citizens of preservation of the apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas and improvements of the parcels of land on which preservation of such houses, dachas is carried out.
