Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following change:
to add part 1 of Article 141 with Item 37 of the following content:
"37) authorized state bodies - in the claims which are directly connected with accomplishment of functions and powers.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
