About additional measures for development of family entrepreneurship and expansion of sources of the income of the population
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the tasks determined within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs who is carried out on August 20, 2021 and also simplification of the mechanism of allocation of the credits within development programs of family entrepreneurship, employment increase, expansion of sources of the income and support of labor activity of the population:
1. Establish procedure according to which within development programs of family entrepreneurship (further - programs) since January 1, 2022:
a) resources of the trust funds and Fund of reconstruction and development (further - funds) for financing of projects are placed in commercial banks at the rate of 10 annual interest rates;
b) soft credits at the rate of 14 annual interest rates are allocated:
to self-employed persons (except for persons having principle place of employment) and to the subjects of entrepreneurship who showed willingness to carry on family business, the certain labor activity directed to income acquisition and to expand type of activity, - from three to four years, including grace period from six months to one year
;for livestock production (cultivation of cattle, sheep, goats), fish breeding and poultry farming (the direction - production of eggs) from three to four years, including grace period up to one year
;for the organization of gardening (pitomnichestvo), wine growing (vineyard lane) and limonovodstvo, construction of greenhouses, purchase of agricultural machinery and the equipment, and also construction of buildings and constructions for their placement, drilling of artesian wells - for up to 7 years, including grace period up to three years;
