Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lawyers and lawyer activities" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 19; 2001, No. 12, Article 736; 2004, No. 2, Article 57, No. 3, Article 133, No. 8, Article 599, No. 10, Article 787; 2005, No. 8, Article 686; 2006, No. 12, Article 1005; 2007, No. 4, Article 322; 2009, No. 7, Article 517, No. 11, Article 878; 2010, No. 5, Article 375; 2011, No. 2, Article 71, No. 6, Article 478; 2013, No. 11, Article 1272; 2017, No. 11, Article 1977; 2018, No. 2, Article 148, No. 11, article 2194, No. 12 (I book), Article 2487; 2019, No. 4, Article 580, No. 12, Article 1884; 2020, No. 7, Article 856) to make the following changes to part 5 of Article 5:

1.1. in the first offer to exclude words "the lawyer (lawyers)";

1.2. add with the 2nd paragraph of the following content:

"The lawyer organization - the legal entity created by the lawyer (lawyers) who is not registered as the taxpayer in tax authorities, coordinating contractual relations between the lawyer acting in this organization and person who is given legal assistance.".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
