About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2013 No. 370

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2013 No. 370 "About approval of Rules of fee of the experts and the expert organizations and expense recovery suffered by them in connection with conducting accreditation examination" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 18, the Art. 2270).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2013 No. 370

1. In the name of the word "conducting accreditation examination" shall be replaced with words "participation in accreditation examination".

2. In preamble of the word "with part 16" shall be replaced with words "with part 19".

3. In Item 1 of the word "conducting accreditation examination" shall be replaced with words "participation in accreditation examination".

4. In the name, Items 1, and the expert organizations and expense recovery suffered by them in connection with conducting accreditation examination, approved by the specified resolution words "conducting accreditation examination" shall be replaced with words 2 and 12 Rules of fee of experts "participation in accreditation examination".
