2. State Article 12.2 in the following edition:
"12.2. Along with the drafts of the laws and presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic represented to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic also drafts of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be at the same time provided, and also the list of regulatory legal acts (their structural elements) of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the central executive bodies which are subject to cancellation, change and preparation in connection with their acceptance is established.".
3. Under Article 19:
3.1. in Article 19.1 of the word "and their execution" shall be replaced with words ", ensuring execution of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the act of referendum, the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic";
