Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of control in case of the omission of persons, vehicles, loads, goods and animals through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 20, 2008 No. 872 "About approval of Rules of control in case of the omission of persons, vehicles, loads, goods and animals through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 48, Art. 5620; 2011, No. 26, Art. 3804; 2012, No. 5, Art. 608; 2018, No. 36, Art. 5641; 2019, No. 7, Art. 671; 2021, No. 26, Art. 4974):

a) in the text of the paragraph of third Item 1 of the word "customs and other types of control" shall be replaced with words "customs control and other types of the state control (supervision)";

b) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "bodies sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary quarantine control" shall be replaced with words "bodies of sanitary and quarantine control, federal state veterinary control (supervision), federal state phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision)";

c) in Item 3 of the word "according to the customs legislation of the Customs union in case of arrival of goods and vehicles on single customs area of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "according to the right of the Eurasian Economic Union in case of arrival of goods and vehicles on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union";
