1) the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic - concerning causative agents of diseases (pathogens) of the person, animals and plants, genetically changed microorganisms, toxins, the equipment and technologies;
2) the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic - on chemicals, the equipment and technologies which can be used during creation of chemical weapon;
