About approval of Administrative regulations of rendering separate state services in the field of the inventory

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 31, 2020 the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5930 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of National System of Rendering the State Services" for the purpose of further enhancement of system of rendering the state services in the field of the inventory:

1. Approve:

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in issue of the cadastral passport of the real estate unit according to appendix No. 1 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in state registration of mortgage based on the law and agreements of mortgage of real estate units according to appendix No. 2 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in state registration of lease agreements of real estate units according to appendix No. 3 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in state registration of the agreement on the right of limited use (servitude) of others parcel of land according to appendix No. 4 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in issue of the certificate of availability or lack of individual premises at citizens according to appendix No. 5*.

2. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications, the State committee on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory, the Agency of the state services under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments in a month:

provide integration of administrative regulations of rendering the state services in the field of the inventory with system of rendering the state services and implementation through the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - EPIGU);
