1. Approve the enclosed Technique of determination of the guaranteed amount provided as cost recovery of the goods and (or) services acquired by persons with disability through the portal of social services.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 20, 2020 No. 15 "About approval of Rules of calculation of the size of the guaranteed amount provided as cost recovery of sanatorium treatment, the prosthetic and orthopedic help, technical supportive (compensatory) means, the special vehicles acquired through the portal of social services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19900).
