About introduction of amendments to article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies" concerning prolongation of effective period of the moratorium on enforcement proceedings, measures of forced execution of decisions and initiation of proceedings about bankruptcy of the state coal-mining companies
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. In parts one and the second article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, Art. 258; 2019, 5, the Art. 34) figures and the words "January 1, 2022" to replace No. with figures and the words "January 1, 2024".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
