About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes" about elimination of inaccuracies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 1, the Art. 2, No. 11, Art. 129; 2021, No. 45, Art. 362) following changes:

1. To state part one of Article 7 in the following edition:

"1. The chairman of the National agency appoints deputies whose quantitative list the Chairman of the National agency determines the order. Candidates for positions of deputies shall correspond to the criteria established for the Chairman of the National agency".

2. In Article 21 part eight:

the paragraph one after words "by which is cancelled arrest of the assets accepted in management" to add with the words "and/or transfer of assets in management to the National agency is cancelled";

the paragraph two after words "by which is cancelled arrest" to add with the words "and/or transfer of assets in management to the National agency is cancelled".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law.
