About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning marking cancellation by control brands of copies of audiovisual works, soundtracks, videograms, computer programs, databases

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 164-9 to exclude 1);

"164-5 - 164-13" to replace 2) in Article of 221 figures with figures "164-5 - 164-8, 164-10, 164-12, 164-13";

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.

2. Declare invalid the Law of Ukraine "About distribution of copies of audiovisual works, soundtracks, videograms, computer programs, databases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 24, of Art. 183 with the following changes).
