Article 1.

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following change:

to state Item 8-4 of Article 15 in the following edition:

"8-4) transfer of all categories of lands and types of the grounds allocated under cemeteries, landfills, subjects to drinking water supply, water disposal, treatment facilities, health cares, schools and preschool institutions, the sphere of culture and art in other categories of lands;".

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About transfer (transformation) of the parcels of land" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 7, the Art. 902) the following changes:

"3-1) construction of facilities of engineering and transport infrastructure, cemeteries, performed at the expense of republican and local budgets, and also on the basis of the international treaties which became effective according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

d) add part with Items 8 and 9 of the following content:

"8) the construction of large electrical power production capacities with water storage basins and dikes performed by domestic investors;
