About modification of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings

I. Bring in Item 1-2 of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 74) the following changes:

"meetings (committees) of creditors can be held in the video conference mode, on condition of observance of requirements of article 48 of this Code. If the participant of the meeting (committee) of creditors has no digital signature, confirmation of the identity of such participant is performed according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents which confirm citizenship of Ukraine, prove the identity or her special status". The carrier of video of video conference is the annex to the protocol of meeting (committee) of creditors. The legal decision of meeting (committee) of creditors is signed by the arbitration manager, and in case of holding meeting (committee) of creditors without participation of the arbitration manager - the creditor elected the chairman of the meeting (committee) of creditors;
