About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning stimulation of development of wine growing and gardening

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

Part the eleventh Article 93 to add 1) with words and figures "for the parcels of land of agricultural purpose for pledging and/or cultivation of long-term plantings (fruit, berry, nuciferous, grapes) there cannot be less than 25 years";

Article 102-1 to add 2) with part eleven of the following content:

"11. Person who uses the parcel of land on the emphyteusis right for cultivation of long-term plantings (fruit, berry, nuciferous, grapes) and properly fulfills the duties under the agreement, after expiration of the contract has the privilege before other persons to the conclusion of the agreement of emphyteusis concerning this parcel of land for cultivation of long-term plantings (fruit, berry, nuciferous, grapes) for new term. The realization of this right is enabled by rules, the stipulated in Clause 33 Laws of Ukraine "About lease of land";

3) in the Section X "Transitional provisions":

in Item 6-1:

in paragraph one of the word and figures of "2010" shall be replaced with words "before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of the Land code of Ukraine concerning carrying out the land biddings", and after words "payment payment by installments till ten years" to add with the words "with equal annual payment";

to add paragraph two after the words "Repurchase right" with the words "on the conditions specified in paragraph one of this Item";

add with the paragraph of the following content:
