About streamlining of calculations of the population for use of premises and utilities
Due to the adoption of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus and for the purpose of streamlining of calculations of the population for use of premises and utilities the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus decides:
1.1. the payment for use of premises, except for payments for use of premises of commercial use, is levied proceeding from total area of the occupied premises and taking into account rate of the payment for use of premises established according to the legislation.
To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities after liquidation of cross subsidizing of rendering utilities for the population to determine the amount of payment of employers for use of premises, except for payments for use of premises of commercial use, and the non-personal tax of citizens levied from owners of these rooms;
1.2. employers, owners of premises, organization members of builders shall participate monthly in financing in apartment apartment houses in proportion to the total area of premises of share of the costs on actual expenses connected with operation and repair of auxiliary rooms public, structural elements, engineering systems of apartment houses, content of the house adjoining territories occupied by them (further - payment for maintenance).
The payment for maintenance is performed on the rates established according to the legislation per 1 sq.m of total area of premises;
1.3. the payment for maintenance is made on the rate for services in maintenance of apartment houses established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus for the population:
