1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 22, 2021 No. 555 "About approval of Requirements to information concerning audit or the overview of the financial reporting of members of the capital markets and the organized goods markets, supervision of which is exercised by the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2021 for No. 1176/36798, the following changes:

to add Item 1 after words of "stock market" with words "(further - Requirements)";

add after Item 2 with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Action of Requirements extends to the reports of subjects of auditor activities constituted later the dates of entry into force of this decision.".
