Article 6 to add 1) with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"Agency on cases of youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions - about violation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of minors, identification of the minors and families which are in socially dangerous provision and needing the public assistance of the state";
Part one of Article 8 to add 2) with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"Agency on cases of youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions";
To add 3) with Article 17-1 of the following content:
"Article 17-1. Agency on cases of youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions
Agency on cases of youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions within the powers:
protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of minors;
reveal and take measures for elimination of the factors interfering full manifestation by minors of the talents and talents, and also realization of the capabilities by them;
participate in prevention of neglect and offenses among minors;
help the social and pedagogical rehabilitation and adaptation of the minors exempted from organizations on execution of the punishment or which came back from specialized teaching and educational agencies.
The agency on cases of youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions can perform also other powers according to the legislation".
