1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2021 No. 78 "About crediting of state programs and actions in 2021" the following changes:
the paragraph one of subitem 3.1 of Item 3 after the word Belagroprombank," to add with the words "Belarusian Development Bank and Reconstruction Belinvestbank";
to be reworded as follows the general directions and limits of directive crediting of state programs and actions in 2021 approved by this resolution (are applied);
to be reworded as follows the directions and limits of directive crediting of state programs and actions by banks and "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company in 2021 approved by this resolution (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
