According to Items 5, 12 Procedures of the state quality control of the medicines imported into Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 14, 2005 No. 902 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 8, 2012 No. 793), to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90), to Items 191, of 251, of 264 Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 21, 2013 No. 39 "About approval of the document forms applied when implementing the state quality control of the medicines imported into Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 8, 2013 for No. 234/22766, having added it with new subitems of the following content:
