About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2014 No. 104

Based on part one of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of third subitem 8.8-7 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for conducting examination of temporary disability approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2014 No. 104, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

after words of "medical rehabilitation" and "medico-social resettlement" to add paragraph two respectively with words ", medical abilitation" and Republic of Belarus;

word in paragraph five" (results and efficiency of the carried-out diagnostic, medical and rehabilitation medical interventions)" shall be replaced with words "(results of diagnostics, efficiency of treatment, medical rehabilitation, medical abilitation)";

1.2. the twelfth to state the paragraph to part three of item 4 in the following edition:

"care of the handicapped child aged up to 18 years in case of medical rehabilitation, medical abilitation in the center medical or medico-social resettlement of the Republic of Belarus (further - the center medical or medico-social resettlement);";
