Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system" of August 2, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 606; 2012, No. 4, Art. 252, No. 7, Art. 686, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1024; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 400, No. 12, Art. 824; 2015, No. 11, Art. 957, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1113; 2016, No. 5, Art. 364, No. 7, Art. 618; 2019, No. 4-5, of Art. 218; 2020, No. 1, Art. 13, No. 7-9, Art. 609) following changes and amendment:

1. To exclude part 7 of Article 10.

2. Regarding 1 Article 29:

- paragraphs first, second and third Item 2) to exclude;

- add with Item 3) of the following content:

"3) Authorized state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance:

- sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion;

- approval of methods of destruction of pesticides and agricultural chemicals with expired for applications and not having permission to use;

- approval of projects of objects of acceptance and storage of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (places of acceptance) and their equipment.";
