About single questions of regulation of retail trade by beer and low alcohol drinks, determination of shopping facilities, objects of public catering in which the use of beer and low alcohol drinks, and about modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of retail trade is allowed

For the purpose of enhancement of retail trade by the beer and low alcohol drinks which were in the use nonfoods and also the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: regulations of single questions of implementation of retail trade and public catering, determination of shopping facilities, objects of public catering in which the use of beer and low alcohol drinks is allowed

1. Determine that retail trade by beer and low alcohol drinks with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol no more than 7 percent is not performed:

1.1. in the shopping facilities, objects of public catering located:

in rooms in which organizations of education, the organizations of health care (except for specially provided rooms in sanatoria for adults, sanatoria for adults and children), nurseries theatrical and spectacular and cultural and educational institutions are located;

in buildings (rooms, constructions) of the production organizations and on construction objects;

in sports constructions and in their territories, except for stationary objects of public catering;

in buildings (rooms, constructions) in which state bodies, except for stationary objects of public catering are located;

at the gas stations which do not have the equipped objects of public catering and (or) shops with entrance for buyers;

1.2. in dietetic dining halls and children's cafes;

1.3. from portable means of peddling trade;

1.4. with use of electronic devices;

1.5. using Internet technologies;
