About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About preschool training and education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About preschool training and education" of December 28, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 12, the Art. 900) the following changes and amendment:

1. In Article 9:

- in part 2:

- in paragraph five to replace the word of "supervision" with the word "regulation";

- organization and carrying out in accordance with the established procedure certifications and accreditations of the relevant preschool educational institutions;

- implementation of other powers according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.";

- 3, of 4, 5 and 6 respectively to consider parts parts 4, of 5, 6 and 7.

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 10 of the word "authorized state body in the field of education" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education".
