Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About secondary professional education" of August 8, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 713; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 284, No. 7-9, Art. 583; 2018, No. 5, Art. 279) following changes and amendment:

1. In Article 16:

- in part 2:

- in paragraph five to replace the word "control" with the word "regulation";

- to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

- issue in accordance with the established procedure licenses to educational institutions of secondary professional education on conducting educational activities;

- organization and carrying out certification and accreditation of the relevant educational institutions of secondary professional education in accordance with the established procedure;

- implementation of other powers according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.";
