About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the higher and postgraduate professional education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the higher and postgraduate professional education" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 338; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 423; 2016, No. 7, Art. 628; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 584; 2018, No. 5, Art. 280) following changes and amendment:

1. Regarding 3rd Article 5 of the word "state body of management of education" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education".

2. In parts 3 and 8 of Article 12 of the word of "republican state body of management of education" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education".

3. In Article 32:

- to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

- to exclude from the paragraph of the seventh word "about the higher and postgraduate professional education";

- in the paragraph twenty third to replace the words "control of observance" with the word "observance".

4. In Article 33:

- regarding 2 words "republican state body of management of education" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education";

- add with part 3 following of content:

"3. On supervision in the field of science and education is included into power of authorized state body:

- realization of state policy on supervision in the field of the higher and postgraduate professional education;
