About modification of Item 7 of the Regulations on Committee of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits concerning consolidation, management and sale of property (assets) of banks

According to Item 10 parts one, to part five Items 1-1, 2 and 8-1 of Article 12, to Articles 37, of 48, of 51 Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Make change to Item 7 of the Regulations on Committee of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits concerning consolidation, managements and sales of the property (assets) of banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of April 18, 2019 No. 963, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 21, 2019 for No. 534/33505, having added subitem 3 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the decision on investment of temporarily available funds of the liquidated bank, in government securities of Ukraine (including the amounts and terms of investment);".

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official website of Fund after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.
