About modification of the Regulations on the admission of securities of foreign issuers to the address in the territory of Ukraine

According to Item 6 parts two of Article 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the admission of securities of foreign issuers to the address in the territory of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 21, 2021 No. 34, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2021 for No. 379/36001, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

add Item 2 with the new paragraph the fourth the following content:

"In this Provision the term "foreign issuer" is used in the value determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets".";

in item 4 of the word of "stock market" shall be replaced with words "capital markets";

2) in the Section II:

in Item 1:

exclude paragraph two.
