1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for rendering services to the population by the organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz.

2. To Department of Energy to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for rendering services to the population by the organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz

1. This Provision is developed for the purpose of enhancement of rendering services to the population by the organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz (further - the gas supplying organizations), taking into account respect for interests of citizens.

2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and determinations are used:

the single-family apartment house - the apartment house consisting of one apartment, the entrance to which is organized from the house adjoining territory, and belonging to the citizen on the property right;
