Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About compulsory professional pension insurance" of December 26, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 12, the Art. 854) the following changes and amendment:

2. Requirements under the terms, to obligations and terms of the agreement on compulsory professional pension insurance are determined in the collective agreement between the employer and workers.

3. The insurers having special working conditions on the basis of the collective agreement, taking into account financial opportunities have the right to appoint and pay from own means to former employees surcharge to the established size of insurance pension.".

3. In Article 7:

- state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. The authorized state body on compulsory professional pension insurance according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan provides collection, accounting and safety of means of compulsory professional pension insurance.";
