Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state social standards" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 335) the following changes:

1. In parts 1 and 2 of Article 3 of the word "local government bodies" and "local government bodies" respectively shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages" and "self-government institutions of settlements and villages".

2. In Article 10:
