About modification of Rules of determination and official publication of coefficients deflators to rate of severance tax in case of coal production

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of determination and official publication of coefficients deflators to rate of severance tax in case of coal production approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2011 No. 902 "About procedure for determination and official publication of coefficients deflators to rate of severance tax in case of coal production" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 46, the Art. 6525).

2. This resolution becomes effective not earlier than after one month from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the 1st of the next tax period on severance tax.
