About modification and amendments in the Law "About Tax Service"

Article 1. "About Tax Service" (further - the Law) to state article 12 of the Law of July 3, 2002 to No. ZR-407 in the following edition:
"Article 12. Persons having the rights to be appointed to positions of Tax Service
1. The citizens of the Republic of Armenia of 18 years meeting requirements of the passport (description) of this position of Tax Service, knowing Armenian with the higher education which have the right to hold position in Tax Service in the procedure established by the law:
1) successfully ended course of training of the tax employee, provided by this Chapter, received the certificate from training center of tax authority and were included in the candidate list in tax employees or
2) are tax employees and underwent the necessary retraining provided by this Chapter.
2. The list of the specialties necessary for position assignment of Tax Service is approved by the vice-Prime Minister coordinating Tax Service.
3. In case of emergence vacant the highest, main, leading and younger positions of Tax Service these positions are engaged from among persons entering the candidate list in tax employees, or the tax employees who underwent retraining, by interview, except as specified, provided by this Law.
4. The government establishes the nomenclature of the positions connected with the operational search activities performed by tax authorities, appointment to which is performed by the head of tax authority without observance of the conditions of appointment to positions provided by this Law.".
Article 2. To recognize articles 18 and 19 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. Add the law with Articles 17.1-17.3 of the following content:
