1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of currency exchange transactions with participation of physical persons.
2. Recognize to invalid:
The regulations on procedure for making of currency exchange transactions by authorized banks with participation of physical persons and the organizations of work of exchange points and cash desks of the authorized banks making currency exchange transactions approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 1999 No. 6.6 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 45, 8/387);
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2001 No. 39 "About modification of the Regulations on procedure for making of currency exchange transactions by authorized banks with participation of physical persons and the organizations of work of exchange points and cash desks of the authorized banks making currency exchange transactions approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 1999 No. 6.6" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 29, 8/5193).
3. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2001.
