For the purpose of accurate regulation of activities of body of probation, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", article 13 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About probation" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of creation of body of probation in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 31, 2018 No. 666 the following change:

in appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 221 in the following edition:

"221. In case of change of the residence of the client connected with its moving on the territory of other administrative and territorial unit, the client in writing notifies on it territorial subdivision at the new place of residence.

The employee of territorial subdivision at the new place of residence from the moment of receipt of the written notice of the client within one working day sends the notice to authorized body for entering of corresponding changes into AIS "Probation" and requests the personal record from territorial subdivision still to the residence according to Item 192 presents of the Procedure.

Notifying nature of change of the residence of the client of probation is allowed once within 6 months during stay on accounting in body of probation in the place of serving sentence.
