Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About transport safety" of July 3, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan 2012, No. 7, the Art. 697) the following changes:
1. In paragraph four of Article 1 of the word "authorized state body" and "representatives" respectively shall be replaced with words "authorized state bodies" and "determined".
2. Regarding 2 Articles 5, parts 1 and 3 of Article 6, parts 1 and 2 of Article 7, to Article 9, parts 1 and 2 of Article 10, the fourth paragraph of part 2 Articles 12, the first and second paragraphs of parts 1 and 2 of Article 13 of the word "authorized state body", "authorized state body", "authorized state body" respectively shall be replaced with words "authorized state bodies", "authorized state bodies", "authorized state bodies".
