About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring transparency in the extracting industries

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about subsoil (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 36, the Art. 340):

Item 15-2 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"15-2) approval of report forms about payments for benefit of the state, consolidated statement about payments for benefit of the state, the report on the received payments which move subjects of managing which perform activities in the extracting industries, and receivers of payments";

Part the second Article 11 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The bodies exercising public administration in the field of geological studying, use and protection of subsoil for ensuring transparency in the extracting industries shall publish information in amount and according to the procedure, the extracting areas established by the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring transparency in", and also to provide observance of guarantees of stability of the regulations of the legislation governing the relations on use of natural resources, established by the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring transparency in the extracting industries";

3) in Article 24:

to state Item 4-1 of part two in the following edition:

"4-1) to perform preparation and disclosure of reports (consolidated statements) on payments for benefit of the state and information on the signed agreements (agreements) on use of natural resources in amount and according to the procedure, the extracting industries established by the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring transparency in";
