About questions of creation of joint-stock company "National holding "QazBioPharm"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create joint-stock company "National holding "QazBioPharm" (further – holding) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of holding effective management of legal entities whose state shares of participation in the authorized capital are transferred to ownership and use of holding for the purpose of ensuring biological safety, sustainable development and enhancement of infrastructure of the biopharmaceutical market, stimulation of development of biopharmaceutical science and the industry, and also ensuring need of the state and society in biopharmaceutical products.

3. To create the authorized capital of holding for the transfer account of the state block of shares of "Scientific Center of Anti-infectious Medicines" joint-stock company.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) approval of the charter of holding;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of holding of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of bodies of holding;

3) state registration of holding in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

4) transfer to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of holding;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
